The shoes you wear in wet weather to keep your feet dry... the medicine the doctor gives you for your sore throat when you forget to wear them... the great music you listen to in your own home... the beautiful color of a girl's dress...
All these were made possible because, one lucky day, a scientist's experiment did NOT have the result he expected it to have. Something had happened accidentally to change things. And the scientist possessed the knowledge to understand the value of that lucky chance!
Civilization would not advance at all Without the, work of men's hands and brains. But progress takes huge jumps when LUCKY ACCIDENTS happen to clever men.
